RD1 Denzel Perryman LB Miami
Could very well be BPA. Perryman is just athletic and he can lay a hit with the best of them. Very good in space. Plays the run and pass very good. Starting MIKE

RD2 Owamagbe Odighizuma DE UCLA
Another guy to add to the stable. Very Powerful and could play either DE spot.

RD3 Mike Davis RB South Carolina
Probably the best all around RB after Gurley.

RD4 Tyeler Davison DT Fresno State
Building a young DL from the ground up the past 2 yrs. Watch out for this kid

RD5 Josh Shaw CB USC
Had the incident at USC. But is a tremendous talent. Big frame long arms and very smart on the field. Some think he could play FS but some say the NFL loves big physical CBs. In the 5th round i would not cry one bit if he was taken.

RD7 Eric Lefeld T Cincinnati
Nice Tackle to groom.

Ummmmmm........that is a DAMN GOOD draft LM. Seriously, if the 'Boys actual draft tunes out very close to that, then that front office has been doing some homework.

How is Perryman in coverage? Haven't had a chance to watch him much yet. I will say that I really like what I've seen from Paul Dawson from TCU. He looks like he could be something special.

Other than that it's a really good mock. Only small gripe would be the need to address the secondary a little more, but that could depend on free agency and the Carr situation

Perryman is very good in coverage. He's a great three-down, sideline to sideline MLB.

He is very good in coverage. He drops back to cover TEs and crossing patterns regularly. Reminds alot of people of Ray Lewis. Very intense too. There was a game where he missed a int and dropped and did pushups on the field. Love this guy

I have a feeling this team will sign 1-3 lower priced guys for the defense rather then just go with 1 star. Adding more guys in the draft. Keep the defense intact for yrs instead of having to worry about the salary cap.

I like Dawson a lot as well. Perfect fit in this defense.

i'll be honest, no offense but i hate it. If we can re-sign two of our LBs and we get Lee and Hitchens back….then we use our first pick on a LB I'd be mad as our DL desperately needs to top picks we have. I think Owa ends up a big underachiever, has the ability but don't see the fire.
like the Shaw pick and going OL late for depth and futures.

Davison was ok today held up pretty good, and Shaw had that int. You can see how smart he is in coverage. think he will end up a 4th or 5th round pick when the draft comes.

Obviously we have to upgrade the DL via the FA too but LB might be BPA when we pick at 27.

Big fan of Perryman. If they choose not to resign Ro McClain (and I'd be careful with a longer-term deal and the guaranteed money), I wouldn't mind adding Perryman even in the late first. I believe CBS currently lists him as a 2nd/3rd round pick...but that could change with the pre-draft process. Besides that, the Cowboys took a guy in the late 1st in Fred beard, whom most/many had as a 2nd at best...but he was a RKG for the Boys, and Perryman could seemingly be the same. If Perryman were still available in the 2nd, he could be a steal. If not resigning Ro, I'd like to see them bring back Carter & Durant.

Like Davis in the 3rd. Also like David Cobb in that area. He gained 54% of his yards after contact in 2013 & 2014, and is a one cut downhill type. Could fit the mold of gaining those 'dirty yards' as Garrett calls them. Would seem whomever they draft may be teaming with Dunbar & Williams. Be curious to see if they re-up Dunbar after Williams signed a 2-year deal.

Like Shaw's versatility...having played both CB & S. Also like his size & overall skillset. Be curious to see how things play out with him when he interviews with teams & they ask about the incident he was not truthful about. CB could be a higher priority if they elect to part ways with Carr & don't sign a free agent. Either way, I wouldn't be opposed to adding Shaw, especially if the team were satisfied with his interview answers/character.

Nice draft. Love Perryman. Can't count on Lee, Durant or RoMac to stay healthy so LB is a huge need. Position flex is a great asset of Perryman.
