I feel it’s mostly Fowler and Sam Williams. Fowler will be Washington’s problem in a few weeks

Sam Williams had 2 offsides penalties last year. I think one was on a punt, if I am not mistaken. He had 5 penalties on special teams including roughing the kicker, running into the kicker, leverage, and fair catch interference. He also had 2 hands to the face/illegal use of hands penalties. He may have been the most destructive player on the roster as far as penalties that hurt the Cowboys.

Yep, sometimes it’s not necessarily the X’s and O’s that require the most attention, it’s a philosophy or attitude. I wasn’t over the moon with this hire but the time is right for a more disciplined leader.

I wish the hire was with the HC, but Zimmer as the DC is a start in the right direction.
