Predict Our Final Record

What will it be?

My guess is 7-9.
At best, 7-9. Not even sure we can beat Phil. 7-9 records picked 11th and 12th last draft.

10-6. First in division and a home playoff game.

Sarcasm?

I'll go with 7-9, which will lead to no changes as far as HC and GM are concerned, and we'll just do it all over again next season.

TE or WR here we come :D

Which makes you a smart man. Anyone with actual football knowledge would take a top 5 QB over a good but still green rookie.

I am sorry, I love Tony but no way he is a top 5 QB right now, he may not even be playing like a top 10 QB.
Anyway, back to the original topic, 6-10.

10 - 6

kidding. 7-9.

7-9. I still think they have a shot at 9-7, though, as long as they get healthy on offense. The defense is toast.

That about sums it up.

8-8...the perennial roller coaster team that can't get out of its own way to turn two losses into wins and finish 10-6.

So easy to point to 2+ games this year that we simply gave away by bad coaching decisions or turnovers. Playing just as horribly as we have on offense and defense at times, just not being stupid on the sidelines or with idiotic turnovers, likely gives us 2-3 more wins right now.

This bears repeating.:D

The Saints and Commanders games depends on if they are in the hunt for the playoffs or not.

If they are not, and the Cowboys out of nowhere are in the playoff hunt, I can see wins instead of losses.

Right now, the most dangerous team I see is the Bengals.

All these games will be tough because of the lack of a running game. Cowboys can go win 5 straight but Garrett won't let that happen.

6-10 max.

I see Philly as 50/50. If Vick and McCoy are back they can still beat us.

Bengals/Saints and Pitts are guaranteed losses. Cowboys can't compete with those teams with all the injuries. Even if Ben is out, I see the Steelers smacking the crap out of the Cowboys and the Boys backing down. Too physical of a team.

Washington will be at home and they see this game as a bigger game than the Cowboys do.

Even with a 6-10 record, Garrett keeps his job.

Philly - W
Bengals - L
Pitt - W
Saints - W
Commanders - W

Thus 9-7. Still I did not factor injuries in my prediction which could mean one loss I guess. So it might end up 8-8. But I will stick with 9-7 and unfortunately NO PLAYOFFS because I think Giants will get to 10 wins,

After this roller coaster season and all the injuries, honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if we lost every game we have left. If so, 5-11 should put us in the top 10 of the draft and coming away with a big piece to make a solid run next season.
This is how I see it too. Just maybe Philly, but that's it.

6-10.

The wheels have come off.

"The process" isn't working.

I just don't want to see anybody trying to use injuries as an excuse now.

The team wasn't good before.

I think the mini bye will really help the Cowboys out. Gives us a great chance to re-group and hopefully get healthy. Philly is really struggling right now and still currently starting a rookie quarterback. I think that'll be a relatively easy win. We're due for a dominant performance at home. Next game against Cincy will be tough, but Murray should be back by then and I think we'll have enough to beat the Bengals. Pittsburgh just lost to Cleveland and Rothlisburger is still out and could very still be out when they face Dallas in a couple of weeks. New Orleans is playing very well obviously, but they have a defense that is suseptible to big plays. I think they'll come back to Earth against us. Washington just beat us and I believe Dallas will be out for revenge and get it. I see the Cowboys finishing 10-6 and winning the NFC East. Could very be wrong, but I think that's how the season ends.

I see where you are going with the enthusiasm, but after watching Thursday's game first hand there is no way this team is going 10-6. It's 8-8 at best with 6-10 being a realistic possibilty.

Between the injuries, turnovers, playing down to opponents, and the fact that this team can't get out of it's own way I just don't see a winning record unless there are major changes from top to bottom, which is hard to do in 10 days.
