Ok, since things are slow in FA, and will be basically non existent. And the NFL schedule is a month away from being released.

And every thread and post is just depressing and whining about anything and everything or so it seems.
Let us predict a very early layout of the schedule. Not necessarily a week by week unless you want to put in the time.

Home: Giants, Commanders, Eagles, Jaguars, Titans, Saints, Buccaneers, Lions
Away: Giants, Commanders, Eagles, Texans, Colts, Panthers, Falcons, Seahawks

I think we will open at the Eagles on the Thursday night. However that game would also be a draw for FOX on a Sunday afternoon. But for now I will say that Thursday night.

FOX has the T-Day game, so will guess it could be the Saints.

No matter what we will get screwed, and have 3 of 4 games on the road in December and finish at one of the NFCE opponents. We never get to finish 3 or 4 at home.

at Eagles
Jaguars
Buccaneers
at Colts
at Commanders
Giants
Lions
at Falcons
Titans
at Seahawks
Saints
Commanders
at Panthers
Eagles
at Texans
at Giants

Very hard to say before free agency and the draft is over.

But as of right now:
at Eagles - Loss
Jaguars - Loss
Buccaneers - Win
at Colts - Win
at Commanders - Loss
Giants - Win
Lions - Loss
at Falcons - Loss
Titans - Win
at Seahawks - Win
Saints - Loss
Commanders - Win
at Panthers - Loss
Eagles - Loss
at Texans - Loss
at Giants - Loss

6-10

For top teams, this is actually an advantage.

Dallas has 7 of their first 12 games at home. The last game or two are often meaningless for top teams.

So the Cowboys can theoretically build a good record before December and take hold of a playoff spot early.

But that will require Dallas to win consistently at home..

We were good at home in 16 if I recall with our rookie backfield but last year was more of the same. I almost feel more confident with an away game.

Schedule will be what it is. If the team is good enough, the schedule won't matter. And if they are bad, it still won't matter. I just want to know who we're playing week 1 and what time the game starts.

As of right now that looks like a pretty reasonable prediction.

That schedule is loaded with playoff teams. And then the Colts with Luck and the Texans with Watson won't be easy games. Probably 5-11 or 6-10 is my prediction!

Hilarious predictions on the 5 and 6 wins. I can see the 8 win predictions, as that is what this team has been under Garrett. But it depends on Dak improving upon last year with his accuracy more than anything else if all stays the same. However I can see the defense getting better. and if they create turnovers and get the offense good field positions, and with Zeke here for 16 games. Then 7 wins is a low number.

But until I see it on the field for real, I will go with 8 or 9 wins.

I agree. Very hard to guess before the draft, but:

@Eagles...loss
Jags...win
Bucs...win
Colts...win
Commanders...win
Giants...loss
Lions...win
Falcons...loss
Titans...win
Seahawks...win
Saints...loss
Commanders...win
Panthers...win
Eagles...loss
Texans...win
Giants...win

If we draft well, maybe better.

I could see us beat the Eagles on the opening Thursday night game, the players believe their OWN hype, then lose the next week to Colts.

Somewhere between 0-16 and 16-0.

I agree with which ever poster said, we will probably finish we 3 of our last 4 on the road.
