Total record of remaining opponents (41- 35)
Hope it doesn't happen that way because I want the Cowboys to end the season with a bang. Rather see a loss earlier.
But realistically, Dolphins and Lions are only 2 teams that intimidate me on that list.
Bills & Seahawks are just as flip-flip parity-driven as everyone else. Buffalo already having coaching issues.
Eagles would be a loss if at their home. Our home record for all teams and the Eagles makes that one a safe bet for a win.
Carolina, meh.. Commanders, don't sleep, but meh....
Dolphins can be impressive. And they have Vic Fangio who stilll has our number. And it's an away game. Lions are Dan Campbell who is a Parcells Boy all the way. High discipline, high teamwork, tough team, try to out-muscle opponents. Matches up well against a smaller speed-driven team. And I'm sure Campbell will have them ready for the 'revenge game' from last year. We've always had Detroit's number, I think this is a great example of some teams coming into their matchups against us like it's a Playoff game. They will want that high profile win.
Based on recent home/away trends, could also see Week 12 @WAS being a loss, and Cowboys managing to win Week 17 DET. But for sure, Week 16 looks to be toughest matchup. Last year they lost Tua to concussions near the end, who knows what they will look like. Or us.
