Mine: 4,450 passing yards. 29 passing TDs. 13 INTs.

Now last year I predicted 5,000 yards & he was on track for 5,011 yards, 32 touchdowns and 22 interceptions

I think you're right on the money. 28-30TD, 4,500yards and 10-12INTs.

10 MILLION YARDS!

You really think he's going to have his worst season ever?

No, I just think Felix is going to have a big year. My yardage number is probably a few hundred yards too low though.

I know I will be criticized for this but I'm objective. The offensive line is questionable for one thing. And Romo is not the answer. He lacks the ability to complete tight throws in coverage in the pocket. He is a great athlete but not necessarily a passer as he has physical limitations which is more evident as he ages. I think he will play 12-13 games and throw for 4100 yards, 23 TD's and 18 interceptions. Dallas needs a quarterback and that will be evident at the end of the season as there will be several posts inquiring about obtaining a QB or trading up to acquire Andrew Luck.

of course.

I was beginning to worry I wasn't going to see a post like this. whew, now I feel better ;)

4600 yards
32 tds
17 ints - he usually throws a decent # of ints

9000 yards,56 tds,4 ints and still be 8-8 because the guy never has a defense behind him.

You will get criticized, but it's because you're not objective. At all.

Let's look at your prediction, "objectively".

You think Romo will throw for 315-340 yards/game. Not only would that beat his best season by at least 30 yards per game, it would project to break the yardage record over a full season.

You also think that he'll have the worst TD%, the worst INT% and the worst passer rating of his career (for any reasonable number of attempts and completions that give your yardage total).

Romo's numbers, in general, have improved as he's gotten older. It's true that his INT% went up last year (but not nearly to the point that you're projecting), but he also had his best completion % and one of his better TD%. And yet you think he's going to fall off the table in skill while simultaneously throwing at record-breaking pace.

I'm not a big Romo-booster. I see him as borderline top 10, not top 5 as so many here see him. But it's hard to give credence to your claim of "objectivity" when your numbers make so little sense.

Not sure I understand. How can he be a great athlete and posses these so called physical limitations that keep him from being a great passer?

I'll go all in and predict that he, Austin, Witten and Dez start 16 games.

And if that happens I'll predict:

Romo 359/544/4624/8.5ypa/40/16
Austin 80/1200/10
Dez 80/1200/10
Witten 96/1056/6
