First offensive play will take awhile, but it will be play action and a deep in to Crayton for 20.

First TD: We kickoff they return it to the 19, first play we stuff Jacobs for 2 yards as they try to run at Spencer. 2nd and 8, we get pressure on Eli with our base D and he overthrows Plaxico. 3rd and 8 we go the nickel special with Roy and Carpenter both showing blitz, Eli seeing it goes hot read to Shockey, the trouble is Bobby doesn't blitz, he beats Shockey to the spot for the pick, breaks the tackle, gets a great block from Ware and goes 31 yards for the TD.

first play: play intends for romo to throw it long to owens...owens is double covered, romo scrambles a bit, throws to witten for 15 yards.

first touchdown: same drive, cowboys down 3-0. dallas ball at the 30, 15 yds to witten for a first down at the 45. julius jones run for 1 yard, julius jones run for 2 yards, 3rd and 7, romo pass to crayton for 20 yards. Ball at the 32 yard line, romo pass to terrell owens, single covered, TD to help put dallas up 7-3.

I really don't care how garrett gets his feet wet - tho I'd prefer to see the first ball of the season a well executed screen pass

defensively, I'd like to see the first play get the dbs blitzing and fired up - rattle manning from play one and include the secondary in the initial success - let the spirit build and some confidence carry over

Romo rolls right, all the receivers go deep, like moths to a flame DL and LBs converge as the ball sails up and out and into the hands of Julius Jones who is slanting toward the left sideline. Like walking thru a ghost town, Julius heads upfield. Twelve yards later a defender manages to get a hand on him, but too little too late. Its another twelve yards before JJ is brought down...

Romo rolls right, all alone at the goalline is Fasano, who steps across for an easy score. Busted coverage, no doubt...

I actually think this would produce 6 points. Think about it...as cocky as the giants are, they're going to be totally over-aggressive on their first defensive play. They'd bite so bad, TO could probably walk into the endzone. I like it.
