Gathers - if he is a possible IR candidate, hard to imagine him being active
N. Brown - Not gonna keep 6 active
Bell - Chaz is the T backup, and Looney the interior
Hitchens - injury
Lewis - not enough practice time and health still ???
J. Elliott - probably take him more than a week to be ready.
Benwikere - same as Elliott, give him more than a week to learn defense.

Agreed. I think Jayrone Elliott will be active. Good STer, and depth as edge rusher. I would LMBO if he balls out like David Irving did when we got him.

Need to wait and see if these three are healthy or not come Sunday. Might have to add OL Green, DT Crawford, and TE Gathers to the inactives. Also, RB K Smith banged up his knee in the last preseason game so he might be inactive also.

Hitchens - for sure inactive
Noah Brown - for sure inactive
RB Morris or R Smith - for sure one will be inactive unless RB K Smith's knee is not healed yet.
CB Lewis - for sure inactive since he hasn't even practiced yet
TE Gathers - most likely inactive for the first game.

DE/LB Jayrone Elliott, CB Benwerke, and DT Price - one or two of the three depending on availability of Green and Crawford.

My guess right now is that both Green and Crawford will not be healthy enough to play and inactive on Sunday.

The only 3 I'm sure about are Lewis, Noah Brown and Alfred Morris. And probably Bell.
