If this were last year, and we had just beaten the Seahawks, I'd say we would stink it up royally. But ...
there's something about this team that leads me to believe they won't be overconfident and they won't be looking ahead.
And this is the first divisional game coming against a team that bragged they own us in our own stadium.
Besides, I think this team remembers how the Giants fashioned a Super Bowl-winning team through power football and wants to emulate that achievement.
I see this as another statement game. make another statement. "Yeah, the league is talking about us. No, we're not letting up. No, this is not your Dallas Cowboys of last year. Here, some band-aids on your way out the door after this thrashing."
With Cruz out and an Eli that hasn't gotten his "sea legs" up under him yet, I think the Cowboys win convincingly.
