7-10. I believe this team is still psychologically damaged from the coaching and QB horrors revealed in the GB game. Especially the offense.

I went with 10-7 because, even though the overall schedule is tougher than last season, the Cowboys are blessed to play in a mediocre division. That, and they are also blessed with arguably the best kicking game in the NFL - which will allow them to flip more fields and kick successful FGs from a range other teams WOULDN’T EVEN ATTEMPT.

I think Jerry rides it out regardless of what happens. He's willing to toss 2024. Only reason he brought McCarthy back was to avoid dead coach money, performance irrelevant.

Doesn’t look good, that’s for sure. A lot of old vet last second desperation hires, especially on the defensive line, which is troubling.

And the whole lame duck coach thing isn’t helping either.

I went with 10-7, assuming no big player injuries. Team is probably screwed if CeeDee goes down.

I’m going with 10-7. I’m feeling pretty optimistic with this prediction.
Wins: Saints, Giants, Steelers, Falcons, Eagles, Commanders, Giants, Panthers, Buccaneers, Commanders

Losses: Browns, Ravens, Lions, 49ers, Eagles, Texans, Bengals.

I do think the game of the season will be week 2 against the Saints. Here’s why. I feel we lose to the Browns at Cleveland. I also feel we lose to the Ravens in week 3 at home. If we lose to the Saints at home in week 2 the wheels may come flying off and all the dysfunction from the offseason will creep into the locker room. Starting 0-3 with a team with virtually everyone on 1 year prove it deals could uproot the season before it gets started.

Sounds about right. Lose to all the playoff level teams and beat up the tomato cans. 1 and done in the playoffs.

I went 9 - 8, just see too many interior line problems, zero running threat, questionable running D, questionable LB-ers, and I’m not as excited by the WR corps as others.

i hope I’m wrong like I was two seasons ago.

Jerry's hype machine is old and tired and is pretty much on its last leg so the days of P.R. magic tricks and fooling the fans is over so my prediction will be 10 and 7 because the Giants and The Washingtons suck and the Eagles are just a little bit better than the Cowboys. So the Cowboys will be second in the division behind the Eagles and will be the 6th or seventh seed in the playoffs and will get blown out in the first round by the Packers or Lions.

Currently, 63% of this board thinks the Cowboys will win 10 or fewer games this year.

11-6, win the NFCE on a tiebreaker. There aren't that many teams good enough to knock us down, no matter what we think of our team. SF, Philly, Detroit, GB, and that's it--and without Love, we will beat GB. We are no worse than 5th-best in the NFC. I have some optimism, as I believe our o-line will be top-eight by six games in.
