7 wins, based on an explosive pass offense (that takes a month or two to find its footing after we fiddle around trying to make a mediocre run game work).

Defense is weaker minus its best player, CBs are all playing on one leg, and LT still a major question mark.

Thinking time over, i went 8-9.

They might go 5-12, but there will be 10 or 11 games televised in the NYC area including apps, that's a great number.

If these guys fight every game they can get 8 wins.
Before the Clark acquisition, I was more in the 6 range. I think people are grossly underrating what he will do for this D. If healthy of course, and if EZ can play.

W/ the huge upgrade at NT, the D might be stronger.

8 - 9. I don't feel strongly about my vote and I don't have an in depth explanation. More of a gut feeling, and this assumes there are no injuries at key positions.

Two wins vs the Giants, remaining wins are vs the Jets, Panthers, Chargers, Cardinals, Bears, and Raiders.

I don't see it. I think you're overvaluing the other players on the team. Kenny is a unquestionably a great addition to the DL and there is some good depth now too, but a) I don't trust the other pass rushers to consistently pressure the QB and stop the run b) the LBs are still questionable (Damone Clark and Kenneth Murray haven't ever been good) c) and the secondary is patchy, with Bland as the only standout player (Diggs injured, Elam never good, Hooker a JAG, and Wilson was incredibly bad last year).

They could all come together, and Flus could coach em up, but the same problems from last year are still here (D. Clark, D. Wilson, DEs that can't stop the run etc...), with some new ones to boot (pass rush is weaker and the CBs are a mash unit).

And I think you're underrating the monstrous upgrade Kenny is at NT.

I said 8-9. The Micah trade made 2025 an unofficial rebuild year. We have to hope GB tanks so our two #1 picks next year are better. Very unlikely that happens but we can hope.

Lots of unknowns, questionable RB room, and a rookie HC make this a tough year to make the playoffs. Hoping this can be a year where a new nucleus emerges.

I wish I could predict a better record. However, I think the team morale is going to be low. I don't like the schedule. I'm afraid my prediction is going to be 5-12.

Clark is going to be a great addition to the interior DL and that should also help the LBs. Run stopping should improve, yes. He also seems like a solid leader, which is desperately needed on this unit.

But to me, the pass rush has been weakened more than the run defense has been improved. And a good pass rush hides the back of our defense, which is very questionable--at least until Diggs gets up to speed.

You're right Parsons won't have a problem come week 4...

Thats for sure. Even if i am pretty sure you are not so dumb to not understand how my post was meant, are you?

But back to your topic: GB had to be seen as a contender even before they got Micah. With our at best medicore OL and bad tackles on both sides i think he will feast.

Honestly besides the Eagles game thats now one i am looking forward. Thats our 4th game and it will be also interessting to see how many of our "leaders" will have already checked out of games and the season until then.

Yes, we want to get two First round picks instead of having First round picks that are really second round picks.

I predicted 6 or 7 wins, that hasn't changed..I do not trust dak or the run defense.

And, why should you or we...as we haven't seen Dak play in forever and, when he did, he was pretty bad? And, an entirely new defense to boot. The D is either going to come together, be average, or crumble. I think losing a player like Micah can work both ways. While pass rushing will suffer from his absence, the overall D could improve but I expect it will take some time. It would be nice if they clicked early. But, I expect a click at some point. This is the fun part of the game. So many unknowns right now.

I've gone down to a 6 win season.

Kind of happy to just take each game in isolation and if we win, celebrate a little then on to the next.

The O has reason for optimism but if we fall behind early, gets one dimensional fast so could get ugly.

If we start badly (say 2-6), I'd be ok with the "T" word for the remaining games to pick top 5 in the 26 draft.

P.s. is it OK to wish for Micah and Love to pick up hamstring injuries and miss 10+ games to GB stay under .5 ?

6-11. There is O talent but we have no one on D that teams are afraid of! It will get ugly
