You guys do and say a lot of stuff that is pretty normal for a passionate fanbase.
One thing that is a little weird is how you feel your rookies have already proven to be great players before they play a snap. In 2022 it was that Sam Williams was the best DE in the whole draft class. In 2023, Mazi Smith was a better player than Jalen Carter and Deuce Vaughn was the steal of the draft. In 2024, you could tell from training camp snaps Cooper Beebe was an all-pro.
Now in 2025, there is a very high likelihood that nobody is going to be writing about the 13th running back taken in the draft after week 1. If he makes the roster (he probably will, but we don’t know for sure), that’s solid for a 5th rounder. It’s like if he doesn’t immediately break the Cowboys rookie rushing record people will be disappointed in him; it’s crazy
Predictions:
“Dline holds up well against the Eagles Oline”
“Dallas’ balanced passing attack will single to good things moving forward”
“Dallas has 99 problems but the QB ain’t one”
