Read earlier that Zimmer is a massive reach, In fact part of MM leaving may have been having to get a new D guy. I can't se Zimm being HC again

All the reports that are coming out are not going to be 100% accurate, nobody's going to say what really was the problem, but we don't know the length maybe Jerry suggested 3 which mikes comfortable with maybe he wanted 5, but I'm gonna tell you right now Mike McCartney leaving is a good thing..

I'm not saying there won't be growing pains or the next coach will be better,​

I'm telling you we needed a change and I'm glad it didn't work out, but trying to guess what the actual meetings were like and actually what was said you're never going to know, you guys can speculate all you want because that's what they're doing on ESPN... Speculation is not fact and it's not details unless you can see it on paper in writing or it comes directly and I mean directly from the mouths of one of those two guys I don't wanna hear it..​

Jerry has done unexpected things, he traded for Amari Coope,r he fixed that season, Jerry fired Mike Nolan after one year ,you guys say he doesn't fire coaches with time left under contract, he's let players go like jalen Smith who just got paid and mid season they cut him from the team .. And I mean one time he did fire wade Wilson in the middle of the season and elevate Jason Garrett ... you guys said that he doesn't do these things, he may not do it often but just because you expect the most expected doesn't mean it's going to happen this time.​


I'm tired of hearing it ,

I just heard all of you for the last 10 days upset Jerry just didn't go ahead and get it done and just rehire the entire staff because that's what you thought was going to happen , it's been going on every day everyone's speculating that Mike McCarthy was going to be back ,and now you're saying it was Mike McCarthy's choice ,when that's a bunch of bull snot,

that's what I'm telling you, you guys think you know but you don't know everything that's said is private and people can speculate all they want nobody knows the years that were offered in the years demanded, so I don't care what the details were I did not want Mike McCarthy back here on a long term deal knowing that Jerry doesn't typically fire guys mid-season and they typically don't fire them before their contracts up that would've been a bad deal for the fans this is a good deal this is a good thing but expecting all that list up going to keep everyone that's willing to stay here from the old staff that doesn't mean that's going to happen.

I don't want to speculate, how about we wait for some real news before we start randomly throwing out whatever sticks up against the wall, so you guys have something to talk about..

Jerry is a salesman first. He can’t sell this

We don't know any of that so yeah there might have been some length of contract issues but Mike McCarthy you act like he had a choice here no he didn't it wasn't his choice Jerry put down the words and he left and we're better off for it in my opinion... Show me the video of all their meetings phone conversations taped actual words coming out of both their mouths words on paper show me the actual things not speculation not nonsense that you're hearing all over social media and speculation on ESPN that's all it is what if Jerry said three and Mike said five I don't want five with Mike McCarthy anyway... we're better off for it.. I don't really care who the new staff is we need to change around here it should have happened after the Green Bay loss in the playoffs it didn't Mike McCarthy the offensive coordinator was one of the worst ones I've ever seen in the NFL and I didn't want him back if that's what really was the sticking point in my opinion was who was gonna be the staff I think Jerry was probably gonna force a new offensive staff on him and he didn't want it so you guys can cry about years it's all speculation and I don't care what happened I am glad it happened regardless of how next year turns out the fans and the players needed a change..

I mean here's the fact you need more facts Jerry said get us to the playoffs get us to the NFC championship game or you're fired he's fired he's gone I don't care about the details it shouldn't even took this long so it took them a week after the season was over after the last game to settle on it I'm fine I wanted this to turn out this way you said Jerry was scared to change if he was he would've acquiesced to five years he didn't that means he's not afraid to change as much as you guys are speculating he's also not afraid to completely change the entire staff to a new one that is all fan narratives that keep being spit out with no proof..

Can we stop the nonsense you act like that was a fake injury he had a real surgery he got a hamstring pulled off the bone and if you think it's a lie then you need to like delete your account and move on because you're gullible Prescott was clearly upset he got hurt he wanted to play it doesn't matter how the season was going 'cause you know why he's never had a losing season starting from the beginning to the end even when they started out three and five in 2018 they finished ten and six and went to the second round he's never been part of a losing season so why would he be afraid to play through and see how it turned out because if they can win seven games four of them with Cooper rush I believe they would have won seven of them maybe more as far as the later games when they finally figured out the offensive line a little better the run game a little better the defense got better I think Prescott we probably would have been about three games more so we'd have been 10 and seven I don't know what that would have got us but you making these ridiculous narratives and assumptions that he faked his injury is the biggest bunch of nonsense that I've heard since the other things you guys spit out like Cooper rush is a better quarterback than Prescott and that's also not true

but please stop the nonsense, stop the Rhetoric, the hyperbole, fake narratives, and assumptions, you think you're being funny, the injury was not fake, get past it...

I could see Jerry doing Kellen Moore (HC) with Jason Witten (TE coach and offensive coordinator) Moore calls the plays. Al Harris DC. 3 year deals since that's what's left on Dak's deal.

Matt Eberflus could also be a DC candidate since he's been here and also could perform as LB's coach or find his own.

Some of these crazy lists of assistants might have made sense in the past when Jerry kept coaches and forced them on new head coaches because they were still under contract (cheap), but I think most of these guys will be looking for work. It wouldn’t surprise me if some of our coaches are hired by other teams long before Jerry even selects his next coach. He won’t be doing anything fast like the Patriots did.

I know Jerry likes to hire people that have coached before. But why not Al Harris? Why not at least interview him? He has done a great job the last few years developing CBs. Even with our spate of injuries, and signing guys off the street, he held it together.
