Prediction Time: Cowboys vs Eagles

I’m officially enter the prediction:

I have no earthly idea what this team will do.

That is all.

The fan in me desperately wants to BELIEVE that we struck a nerve and found a groove last week. That we're ready to realize our potential and we understand our identity. We now understand our personality, playmakers and our necessary formula for success. NFCE matchups are tricky. Philly is at home, temps will be cold and there will be pressure. If last week wasn't a mirage...

Cowboys: 31
filthy: 20

So this is the game that we've all been waiting for since the beginning of November and it's for all the marbles. The Cowboys are coming off their biggest win of the year with a dominating performance on both sides of the ball against the Rams and the Eagles have hung in there squeaking out wins against the Giants and Commanders. The game plan for both teams is pretty predictable, the Cowboys need to rely heavily on their run game and pound Zeke and Pollard for 25 plus carries if not more especially since Dak is dealing with a couple of injuries that might hurt the passing game. For the Eagles who are decimated at receiver, will try their best to get the ball in the hands of Ertz and Goedert and mix in a little bit of Boston. The weather doesn't look to be a problem so with that I really like the Cowboys and I mean big I just don't think the Eagles will be able to hang with the Cowboys with all of those injuries and even if they were a hundred percent healthy I would still take the Cowboys to win in this one, injuries plus Zeke is 5-0 against the Eagles when he plays and on top of that Dak owns the NFC East.

Cowboys 34
Eagles 14

I think this will be close. If we don't score 24, E-girls win.

My heart says the Cowboys. But since I picked the Rams to win last week, I guess I'll jinx the opponent twice in a row.

Eagles 20
Cowboys 16

We should win 24 -14 unless the league has the officials manipulate the game so we lose and next week division games go from unwatched to must see TV .

CoachD--are you saying its time to lay a Platinum Guarantee?

BOYS 38 - egals 12

Dak hurt is shoulder in the 1st quarter of the RAMS game. He toughed it out then and he'll do so again!

BOOM! GO COWBOYS!
daboyz-- i heard on a cowboy show...they think the reason he was able to play with it is because its not an A.C. Joint but rotator cuff issue....rotator cuff problem you can excercise soon after injury but the next day and after is when it swells and hurts so bad...A.C. Joint issue is opposite..cant excercise right after but gets better as days progress..all this to say....Daks shoulder may be a lot worse then when he continued to play after hurting it last sunday?

Cowboys 24, Eagles 17

Tough game. Both teams play their hearts out.

Eliminating two teams that are playing for their season is a hell of a way to finish the year. Keep everyone on the field for week 17, get a strong blowout start against the Skins, and pull everyone in the second half when the game is well in hand. Ride the momentum to the Playoffs.

25 years of bad luck. Time to see this thing change. I believe!

PS - If we lose, fire Garrett next week to get a head start on head coach candidates.

31-27 Cowboys.

If the a cowboys get into the playoffs I want a nice deep Jason Garrett job saving run that doesn’t end in a chip.

I see the Eagles playing an inspired game on Defense. I can see Kai Forbath missing a kick or two and the eagles making a number of kicks. Zeke has a great game, goes over 100 yards but it leads to no points thanks to the missed field goals. Carson Wentz completes the tri-fecta of comeback wins to take the lead in the NFC east.

I will take Philadelphia on a late field goal after Dallas misses one which would have made it a 4 point game.
19-17.

Then we get stuck with 5 weeks of who will be the coach and tons of bogus rumors plus draft rumor crap while we watch the playoffs go on yet again without Dallas.

Hopefully no one will ask Donovan McNabb for a comment if the game ends in a tie.
:lmao:

I won't be watching the game. I'll rely on CZ to let me know how it goes afterwards. The first page of CZ will tell me all I need to know.
How can you call yourself a Cowboys fan and not watch the game?
