If I had him on my fantasy team, I'd play him too.

I think he has a huge, signature game.

But I doubt that quiets the TO saga.

It will just be another chapter in a novel called "The 2006 Season of the Cowboys."

Is he going to OD on the sideline?

My predicition is this week is all about running the football and taking the ball out of bledsoe's hand.

Julius jones, marion barber and jason witten will be the focal points of this game.

I dont think they are going to take any chances of bledsoe getting hit this week.

I look for glenn and owens to have about 3 or 4 catches each and glenn will make a big play somewhere in this game.

im done predicting what owens will do. whether its due to the o-line, bledsoe, or T.O. himself, he has been a BIG dissapointment.

I doubt very seriously that T.O. having a signature game will change the view of his harshest critics. If he does play great and conducts himself accordingly, the naysayers will say it was against the lowly Texans with the worst rank defense in the league. Worse yet, if he doesn't have a great game, his critics will pile on with what a waste of time and money this player is to the team.

It's not too difficult to realize that Owens is in a lose-lose situation no matter what the outcome is this Sunday. And it's not easy to feel sorry for him since most of this negativity has been self-inflicted over the course of his career.

The only way that T.O. can redeem himself is to play great football consistently, become a major contributor to many Cowboy victories, and most importantly - just shut the hell up. If he could only learn to insert his foot into his mouth before his lips start moving, then this alone would do a great deal to polish up his image.

I think that a great tell-tell sign for where Parcells stands on the T.O. issue will come from how many plays he allows T.O. to be involved in against the Texans. The Tuna knows that this team is talented enough to win big against them without the help of Owens. If he has truly had enough of T.O., then look for him to have a minimal role come Sunday.

That's when you can sit back and watch the real fireworks begin...;)

Not a good gameplan IMO. The Texan's weakness is against the pass, not the run. I wouldn't expect much of a departure from Parcell's typical gameplan. Bledsoe will throw the ball 27+ times.

This is a week to run. The texans had no chance of stopping washington three weeks ago, it was like a high school game the way they ran on them. We can do that also if we choose to.

Houston has to respect owens and glenn and can not move those safeties.

If jones keeps running for 4 plus each carry it is going to be very hard to take the ball away from him. We will make a big play or two in the passing game and then houston has no chance stopping the run.

If houston is coming in here thinking they are going to blitz their linebackers like philly did, we are going to make them pay with big plays in the running game somewhere. being that aggressive is very dangerous so if that initial push doesnt cause the confusion that philly did, the guards and centers are going to get on the second level quick and if the linebackers are running up field jones will break a few 20 plus yard plays.

I just look for us to pound the ball, win t.o.p. and keep andre johnson and david carr off the field.

this game reminds me of the Browns game mid 90s... where the Modells trotted out Texas' own Kicker to beat the All mighty Boys... as the game ended with Troy in the face of a ref and Modells step kid making flight plans to Bmore!!!

this team knows its not great... that team knew they werent great that day!!!

Well, regardless of how many times our offense runs verses passing the football, I just hope like hell the Texans defense throws everything at them (including the kitchen sink) this Sunday.

If Dallas wants to prove to the rest of the football world that they're a legitimate contender this season, then they have to have an answer for the way Philly defended against them last Sunday. Otherwise, our team is going to have much bigger problems than just this T.O. mess.

I personally dont think this is the team to look for that, I believe the giants game will tell us everything we need to know about this season, they can cause all kinds of havoc if they want to up front, they just are exposing their secondary.

A point everyone is missing is that the eagles are not the first to do this, the first team to run stunts and confuse our offensive line was the giants game last year. We handled it decently enough to win the game but turned the ball over 4 times. They were coming from everywhere last year. Then other teams followed suit.

This team is going to be week to week, but I think the giants game will give us a big hint in the direction the season is going to go, if the giants choose to sell out like philly they have to be able to cover it on the backside, if they dont get to bledsoe and owens is one on one or glenn is we will make big plays.

If we struggle against the giants then the next three games are going to be really difficult, washington and carolina can do this type of stunting and blitzing and arizona plays an odd front already. Last year arizona lined up with 5 guys on the line and moved them all over at the snap. they did a good job but they couldnt stop the run.

We need the next two games really bad, houston may hang around but I think at some point the talent will show up and we should dominate the game with our ground game. Then the giants game is huge.

Just like he was supposed to have a field day against The Commanders, The Titans and a banged up philadelphia secondary?

I am getting tired of my popcorn getting cold on Sunday's.

Then everyone will remember we were playing the Texans, and go back to being unimpressed.

wow how impressed the league would be when and if we beat up on the texans. Truthfully what does this game really mean??? Call me when the boys get an offensive line worth mentioning.

unfortunately, you can say exactly the same thing about our QB AFTER A 13 YEAR CAREER, the alleged leader of our offense. BP has forgotten what he himself is fond of saying: YOU ARE WHAT YOU ARE.

bledsoe is a roller-coaster. since he stunk so bad last week he's likely to be huge this time.

300 yards, 3 TDs, and a big win over the lowly Texans.

it won't dispel any doubts about him. he needs to put together a string of good games (as in MORE than two in a row).
