Predictions for tonight

I think only two QB’s get drafted today.

Dallas drafts a G or LB.

Houston drafts an Edge rusher.

Philadelphia stays put and drafts a T.

Washington drafts a T.

Ferguson was a fourth-round draft choice and No. 2 tight end last year. It's understandable that some are overlooking him as the starter. Plus, tight end is one of the strengths of this draft. Not saying I'd take one in the first, but I can understand why others are fixated on it.
we can draft a guy in rd 3 if we must.

I think we might be surprising and draft a WR or linebacker . We luv Hyatt and Jack Campbell/Sanders.

- I think Levis will get drafted higher than expected, 2nd QB off the board maybe.

- Hooker goes first round as a team trades back in from the 2nd to secure the 5th year option on him.

- I think D-Hop might get moved during the draft, Maybe the Jets go after a sure thing at the position to capitalize on the Rodgers window.

- Richardson is a wildcard but someone will take a swing if he slides, Washington perhaps?

- Jalen Carter...hate to say it but I doubt he gets passed Philly, they value interior OL, if he's there at 10 they'll cash in. If they turn around and get Gibbs at 30 it'd be the best day 1 by far (I really hope not).

- An amazing talent falls into the Ravens laps - Porter perhaps?

- Cowboys going offense feels an almost certainty. I think the TE hype might be a misdirect though - feeling HB or WR.

get ready guys..if we draft Van Ness by chance. This MB will lose it. But I will trust the pick. I watched his film and he is a Mauler with plenty of edge push and quicks. My issue is, how will he get reps? We already have a stacked DE room. Thats why I feel we will draft a WR at 26.

Gibbs,wr, or linebacker at 26

Also, they want to run the ball. He helps you run the ball. You pick Washington at 26, and you like it.

Just take him.

I can see Jerry using a 2nd and trading up to the 16 spot for Bijan.

It's not just the guys on 105.3. Just about everyone is saying TE. For the longest time I didn't think it would happen but there is so much smoke there has to be fire.
I gave it a lot of credence until I heard the front office talking about how deep the position is this year. You don’t use your 1st round pick on a position you feel is loaded.

I predict that the Cowboys first preference (unless Robinson somehow falls to them) is to trade down a few spots to the end of round one or top of round 2. Perhaps the Chiefs are that trade partner?

At that point they draft one of OL, RB, or TE that they like best.

My official predication is Darnell Washington.

Here's why.

1) Washington is a clear cut, first-round physical talent.

2) Our best coach, in my opinion, Lunda Wells, is a TEs coach.

3) Our HC knows the TE position well. He will be calling plays.

4) It gives you another athlete to have to account for on the field, aside from Lamb, Pollard, and Cooks.

5)You already have to account for Ferguson and Hendershot, those guys will see reps. But they make each other better. Having Pollard, Washington, Dak, Lamb, Cooks, Gallup, who is still good, just not overwhelming, Washington gives you another element, and most importantly, he's a bully.

So they can go play San Fran and protect their players.. they need a good blocker, one who has potential to make big plays aside from the ones we have, and someone with the athleticism, and RAS score to do it.

In the end, with the right coach, and I think we have him/them, with the Wells/MM duo, Washington can be a great player.

There are more reasons to think this, but just remember our history. We've had players, who just happened to play behind Witten. And this guy is around that caliber, but has a better nose for the game. And I repeat, he's a bully. That's why I like John Michael Smitz. I want bullies, one way or the other, round 1.

Gibbs gives you the same thing Pollard does. And that's great, if you ask me. Two Pollard's is great, if you ask me. But Washington would be the first-round guy that gives your offense more potential at one time.. The starting lineup is more powerful with a guy like Washington at TE, even if he is just blocking 80 percent of the time.

He also helps you protect Dak.
He would be a very good pick. The dude is a monster.

I think most people would like Van Ness as the pick.

The Chiefs want an OT...
