Predictions...how many Cowboys make the Probowl this year?

Obviously we haven't started the season yet but, how many Cowboys do you envision making the probowl this year? I see six people going.

Jason Witten
Roy Williams
Larry Allen
Marco Rivera
Flozell Adams
Dat Nguyen - may have made it last year if the defense had played better.

Wild card / La'Roi Glover if he starts.

It was hard not to put JJ in but....with the likes of Ahman Green, Shawn Alexander, Clinton Portis and Tiki Barber. JJ may be a year away from getting his props. I hope I'm wrong.

Roy Williams, Larry Allen, and Marco Rivera will all go. Jason Witten and Flozell Adams should go. And Terrence Newman and Julius Jones could go. So somewhere between 3-7, more than likely I'd say 5 (no Flozell Adams but Terrence Newman)

If Jones attains his self-admitted 'outrageous' goal of 1,700 yards this season, he'll be a shoe-in.

Green, i dont think is gonna do anything, i dont think portis will do better than JJ, and so that leaves a spot for JJ.


And i like your list but i think Ware might sneak in there if he has an impact,

I'd say Witten is the only lock.

Good chance: Allen and Williams.

Possible: Jones, Adams, Rivera, and Newman.

Long shots: Henry and Nguyen.

Almost impossible to say. With so many players skipping the pro bowl each year, some players end up going that really don't deserve to be there. Taking that into consideration, fringe guys like TNew, Julius, Flo and Dat could get invitations. Put a loaded gun to my head and I'd say 6 maybe 7 players.

i think that falls on how well our D's do, if we do better and Roy starts getting his show on sports center then he will start

Whitten will have a great year even if the recievers are healthy.Bledsoe is a veteran smart Q.B. and will find the playmakers.Whitten is a playmaker who is only gonna get better.We will all one day be scouting in the months before the draft looking for the next Whitten.The kid is gonna be REALLY good in the near future and if he has any longevity,I believe we will be excited for many years to come.Having said that the Parcells detractors will surely find something else to gripe about.You would think that Parcells was responsible for Tom Landrys exit from big D the way some complain.I knew Tom Landry and Quincy Carters no Tom Landry.
