Pregame activities around the stadium

Attending our first game in Dallas this weekend. Land at DFW at 11am and we are staying at a hotel less than 2 miles from the stadium. Plan is to get lunch, quick stop at hotel and head to the stadium.

What are some of the pregame activities there? Just the wife and I. Normally we tailgate for football but of course won't be since we are flying in, etc.

Aside from the tailgating, there really isn't much in the way of pre-game activities. If I were you, I'd swing by lot B (technically Ranger parking), that's generally where the wildest tailgating is taking place. In the Miller Lite Plaza (Gate B), there's usually live music, and that's where 105.3 The Fan is hanging out.

Hopefully you had the chance to tour the stadium yesterday? Not much to do around stadium other than find some tailgaters. If you guys like Baseball you could go watch the As vs Rangers before the Cowboys game.

I'm also interested in this. My girlfriend and I will show up around 4 and will likely just be cruising the lots with a case of Bud looking for a good time. If anybody has any suggestions I'd appreciate it.

On the west side of the stadium, they have the Miller Lite tent, cheaper beer and food, I think they have bands. It's a covered tailgate party.
Opens 3 hours, maybe 4 before the games. I think it does anyway.

Some advice on parking. We had a driver drop us off at the convenience store across the street and then pick us up after the game.
