appears Jerry is digging in and will keep Wade. This should suprise nobody. Wade allows Jerry to be a coach at times and allows Jerry to control atmosphere during practice sessions (bands, orderves for advertising execs, etc). The facts are undisputable....Wade has little control. We see this with Tono Romo now audibling coaching decisions and the cowboys ending up as the most penalized team in football. Throw in some TO hoopla and we have a certified circus in Dallas. But one thing remains constant thru all of this...Dallas can't win in December. Leadership wins for you in december. Dallas lacks it and it starts at the top.

If this coaching staff is here next season you can add a new verse to the song..."Can't win in September, October, November..."

Honestly, how can a man as successful in business as Jerry Jones be so stupid when it comes to running the Dallas Cowboys franchise?! That is a serious question. How can he be so dumb?!

Can he not forsee that as soon as something doesn't go right next season this team will go belly up and quit?! Next year it won't be in December when they quit. It will be in September and we will have to endure an entire season of failure.

This team, if it remains as currently constituted for 2009, will have a top ten pick in the 2010 draft. Please feel free to bookmark this post.

Things aren't going to change as long as glory-hog Jerry is running things. We're seeing the natural result of his management style - glitzy, glamorous, glittering failure.

Right now, my best guess for next year is 5-11.

Just a hunch.

As long as Jerry is meddling with the team, keeping a puppent like Wade, I have absolutely no confidence in this team.
