RD1 Alex Carter CB Stanford
Big CB with long arms. Able to play zone and man.Plays the ball and is alot like Scandrick in he's not affraid to be aggressive and hit somebody.

RD2 Markus Golden DE MIssouri
Big frame guy who has the motor and work ethic Marinneli likes. Never stops moving and uses his hands to get off blocks. More athletic version of Ben Gardner.

RD3 Mike Davis RB South Carolina
Compact runner with vision and speed. Nice blitz pickup and ability to break it long. Verry good between the tackles quick to the hole type of runner.

RD4 Chucky Hunter DT TCU
Smart player on and off the field. Perfect 1tech for this defense. Takes up a double team and can still get up the field. Gets alot of tackles in the rungame. Led TCU in tackles on the DL

RD5 Quandre Diggs CB Texas
Nothing flashy just a worker.

RD7 AJ Tarpley LB Stanford
Tough LBer inside who is a tackling machine.

Just not a fan of this mock at all. No impact players. No one really screams improvement over what we have/had.

Ponder,EJ emanuel are all one read QBs ,they just suck at being NFL QBs.

what has Dunbar done here?.he is eminently replaceable.

Durant has been on IR for the past 2 seasons,we dont need another LB who cant stay healthy.

Dwayne Harris is a good re-sign if its a small contract ..

I think we need to DE in the first rd,it makes too much sense especially if we are looking for a zone corner.

I don't really like any of the FA signings but I like the overall approach.

I'm also tempted to resign Parnell rather than Free.

Thurmond is worrisome because he has missed the most part of 3 football seasons. He missed the 2009 college season with a knee injury. He missed most of the 2011 NFL season with a broken leg and high ankle sprain. He missed most of the 2014 NFL season with a torn pectoral muscle. He was suspended for 4 games in 2013 for substance abuse.

Ponder seems like an odd signing.

JPP will likely get over-paid because he is a big name player. He's better than what the Cowboys have right now, but he's not what he once was and he's an injury risk due to previous back problems. How big of a contract would you give him?

Thurmond could be a cheap steal. Dallas likes them types of players. Look at Durant

JPP, if your saying he isnt what he once was and he had 10.5 sacks this yr wih 3 FFs and 72 tackles. JPP has had one great yr his 2nd season, and then NYG started losing their players. Add this guy to a hungry defense like Dallas. Where he can pin his ears back and go after the QB. Ill take him over off the field problems. a contract similar to Michael Johnson would probably command more tho. He's only 25 Younger than Hardy. 5 yrs 45-52mil. Dallas is close to being a top contender if they arent already. A guy like JPP would put them over the top. I dont think you go wrong with either JPP or Hardy, but id rather go with somebody that doesnt have the off the field issues. JPP on the same side as Lee would be a nightmare of teams. Thats alot of athletic ability on one side.

It seems that if JPP can be signed for any kind of reasonable contract, that the Giants would just keep him. If the Gaints don't sign him, I would be concerned that they think his back could be a problem.

Hardy might have to take a lower prove it deal because of his issues. The Panthers would have to pay him about 16M on a 2nd franchise tag so I don't see that happening.

If you read into the Hardy case you will realise the guy and his girl are crazy. JPP has been on record as recent as november saying he doesnt care if hes not a giant next yr.

Considering Dwayne's roll, I think he's gone. I'm not as sold on them keeping Ro as many others seems to be. I mean, if he wants to come back for cheap, I'm sure they're willing to pay, but I'm not sold on them doing more than signing him for a bargain. The dude is a good tackler, but kinda slow, and it seems like he's always dinged up. I think Moore is probably gone too. He's been targeted too many times, just like Carr. I'm still guessing Murray is franchised. I definitely don't see him getting a new deal, but retaining him for a year seems within the realm of possibility.

I really don't see them going out to sign some big names either. I think they retain the guys they want, and look for value elsewhere to round out their line-up. I think most of their spending money goes to rewarding guys they wanted to keep in 2015.

I'm not sure about the players in the draft, but I'll agree that they primarily go defense, but will likely add an RB somewhere out of necessity. Another WR wouldn't shock me either, but he needs to be able to be a key contributor on special teams.
