the worst part is, he legitimately would get all the credit if we won. How many times during those pats titles did they show bob Kraft. Like a million.

Jerry just has to prove he can do it with his hand picked coach. Lol we'll its legit been 28 or so years now. He hasn't even come close.
The longer he tries and fails doing it his way, the worse he looks.

I’ve lived through all the painful losses of the past 30 years, but this one is the most frustrating. Our TEAM outplayed San Francisco for 60 minutes and deserved to win that game. You couldn’t say that in any of the previous 6 straight divisional round losses, we just weren’t good enough in those games and got beat by the better team. I can live with that.

But we didn’t need an A+ effort from the quarterback to win this one. He didn’t have to carry this team. He simply had to manage the game and not lose it, AND HE COULDNT DO THAT.

What are we doing here with this guy?! How many more seasons of elite defensive play are we going to waste on this third rate quarterback?! He simply had to protect the football and we win this easily!!! There’s no up and down with him, the guy can’t hit NFL throws on a routine basis! He doesn’t see the field or have any pocket presence… he’s turning 30!!

He was pressured FIVE TIMES ALL GAME!!!! THE OLINE PITCHED A NEAR FLAWLESS GAME IN PASS PROTECTION AGAINST THE TOP D IN THE LEAGUE!!! If he can’t avoid self destructing with the performance the rest of his team game him today it’s time to MOVE ON!!!

Dak has the "I have to prove my worth" syndrom at times. Romo had it too . Probably has to do with their draft status.

This is where strong coaching needs to step in and help the player from hurting the team.

He's a great guy, but it's time to call him what he is in the game. He's a choker.

Against good defenses he usually sucks, it's that simple.
Thats true. Good teams period really. He always looks great and like a top QB against teams like TB last week. For years he feasted on a very weak NFC East division. Anytime we run in to a team like this, he does what he did tonight. Unfortunately the playoffs aren't like the regular season and you usually see good teams game after game. This year being the exception with a bad TB team.
For some reason he still hasn't learned to throw the ball away and go on to the next down. He acts like every play is 4th down and if he doesn't make a play - thats it, end of drive. I can't believe he threw that pass and forced it in there to a double covered Lamb on 2nd and 2. Unreal. Bounce it short, very short and its still 3rd and two. Then hopefully Moore removes his head from his rear and does what he should have done on 2nd down and runs it. You had 2nd and 3rd down to run for two yards, lol. Maybe even 4th down depending on MM's faith in Maher at that point. I saw Purdy throw balls away when there was nothing there, and he's not even played a full season yet. Why does Dak still not get that as long as he has been around. Just dumb football again.

We had a legit chance of winning it all this year...........all that effort is now wasted.

We need to move on from Dak asap. Should be taking a 1st round QB this year and Dak should be a June 1st 2024 cut (dont see anyone tradiing for him or him voluntarily leaving for less money). Cap hit too big to cut him before then. Team should also consider signing an interim starter - the Case Keenum type - to ease in the 1st rounder. Leave Dak as insctive 3rd QB in 2023 - not sure that its healthy to have a disgruntled departing QB mentor a rookie 1sr rounder.

Two weeks ago Dak had an even worse game than today. But sandwiched between those two games was a monster of a game at Tampa.

Dak had a bad season. INTs way up.

One of the things limiting him was the injury and the end of Dak as a runner. First 3 seasons, 6 rushing TDs per year. Last two seasons 1 per year. He just doesn't bring the same value now that he doesn't run, and his passing has just regressed.

He just wasn't that good this year. It's so weird because he's just so up and down. And it's not like some teams have figured him out. His worst and best games were both against Tampa. It's something in Dak that is turning on and off.
