Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy uses injections of a concentration of a patient's own platelets to accelerate the healing of injured tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints. In this way, PRP injections use each individual patient's own healing system to improve musculoskeletal problems.

Interesting what the doc had to say about Dak but he quickly got off-topic talking about stem cells and how Dak could have been treated differently.

Wow. In other words, the Cowboys team doctors messed up by giving Dak a dose of the PRP this week without realizing it will inflame/swell up the injured calf and not allow Dak to heal enough to play without resting for at least a week? As this specialist said, the Cowboys team doctors should have given Dak a PRP and bone marrow injection last week during the bye week, this way Dak would have healed better and been ready to play tomorrow night.

What are the Cowboys team doctors doing? They only prolonged Dak's availability to heal enough to play, thus hurting the Cowboys. They should have been in touch with this doctor specialist and allowed him to treat Dak immediately after he injured his calf 2 weeks ago. Big dummies!

If I were Jerry Jones, I would be pissed right now after watching this video.

This sounds like what the Eastern Bloc countries would do with their own athletes in blood doping. Taking red blood cells and putting them back into the athlete 24 hours before the event.

Absolutely. Assuming this doctor is correct it sounds like a huge mistep in his recovery.

I will say I discovered this guy last year for fantasy football purposes and he's usually right on with his analysis. He predicted Austin Ekelers return last year by the exact week after he injured his hamstring. He's also been right about Chris Carson's injury with the herniated disk.

Don’t be gullible and believe everything you see on the internets.

Most of us assume NFL team doctors are amazing, talented and intelligent medical professionals....and we find out that they can be just as dumb and ego driven as your own doctor if they don't get help and advise from real specialists.

That "doc" gives me the heebeeJeebees.

Trustful docs don't pitch products like that on YT. More a snake oil salesman or used sales car manipulator.

Dr. Gimmee Cash. I'm skeptical he's got a real medical degree from a real school. A "fantasy doctor", indeed.

So I guess the days of Joe Ferguson QB'ing a playoff game on a severely broken ankle are over now I take it. :D

The shot he gave him speeds recovery time up I've had a couple and that is what the Specialist I had told me.

Does it work for feelings? Asking for Dak haters.
