Ugly like that? People think stockpiling receivers is some W. We need to be stockpiling oline and elite coaching that can get through to dak to stop throwing stupid passes like that.

That was the exact moment I was done with Dak. I used to be like a lot of these other posters in this thread, trying to defend him, but that was it for me. The rug was pulled out from under me and I finally saw him for who he really is.

We have said that a few times when Dak went down. We managed to make the playoffs. With Dak coming back only to...well you know the rest of the story.

Never made the playoffs when he has gone down for the entire year. Some will say the team played better under Rush, but he wasn’t pulling some playoff miracle.

In fact, their only really bad seasons going back pretty far were when the starting QB was lost for the year earlier on.

From that perspective, their plan of always contending but never being really awful (injury excuse aside) seems to be working…if you don’t count the fact that they are also never good enough to win even a divisional round playoff game that is.

Dak went down for the majority of the season in 2020 and last year.

Missing a handful of games is one thing. Getting hurt to where you’re not returning at all in October is essentially down for the year.
