Not sure I'd compare him to Garrett. I remember Garrett just chunking the ball up and letting Irvin go up and get it. I think Rush plays a smarter game. Smarts can get the job done when arm strength is an issue.

But don't have to use the Foles comparison. There are other underwhelming QB specimens who succeeded because a) they were in the right situation (translation: the team has a strong defense) and b) they understood how to play the game.

Not saying I expect Rush to win a Super Bowl or even hold on to the starting job for another couple of weeks, only that it isn't unprecedented.

Dak has thrown some good balls to end zone before.
Maybe it is just me, but besides the great throw from Rush and awesome one handed catch from Cedee, there is some "click", some Chemistry between this Offense and Rush that feels could keep taking the Team higher, so don't fix what aint broken
