i read right here on cz last week dak was angry garrett was let go. some went so far as to suggest this was the reason he was so hard core on his contract demands. perhaps they were wrong.

People are making too much of that comment. Taking a comment and projecting their already-in-place dissertations on anything remotely related to the topic.

Not saying the comment isn't true, but I think 90% of teams can say the same thing every year.
Can always be smarter.

BTW, that specifically applied to Mr Prescott as well.
The good news is that QB generally improve a lot cerebrally throughout their careers.
