Prescott to Q. Williams: I'll get you to the playoffs but I need you to help us win it

[Risen Star]

[ratkinson]

Here we go...again?

[stilltheguru]

I'm not a dak hater but things like this make me understand why people do.

[Tangle_Foot]

This just in
Playoff failers are not on Dak

[McKDaddy]

So he doesn't need any help getting to the playoffs? And just Q in the playoffs.

We shoulda been resting the other players in the past. That way they wouldn't have been so tired. If he would have just communicated this more clearly years ago...

Where is my mortgage info & bookies number?

[JBS]

Has anyone ever seen Quinnen throw passes before? Looks a bit on the heavy side to play qb

[Kwyn]

This is The Zone, so of course there will be 30 years of frustration voiced every time a player shrugs pauses, but this is the type of thing players say to each other all the time.

Quennin, being the best player on defense, obviously needs to step up and lead that entire unit. We haven’t had a true defensive leader in awhile,

[darealvelle]

Dak you just make it easy for your haters.

[Nova]

Putting my Dak apologist hat on for a second... actually this tracks with what I say all the time.

QBs can get you to the post season (obviously with some help) but no QB has survived the gauntlet of the playoffs without a strong team effort, usually defensively.

And one thing we've lacked since the glory days? A dominant interior DL.

So yeah. Don't love that he said it to the media, but it makes sense.

[Vtwin]

This is the best one yet.
He's getting into Jerry territory with this one.

[5Stars]

lol...that's all I can do is laugh.

[CT Dal Fan]

Okay but what was he supposed to say?

"Sorry Quinnen this is the Jets southwest. We ain't making no playoffs whether you're here or not".

Guess that would make the anti-Dak crowd love him better than what he actually said.

[ShortRound]

[5Stars]

It looks like he was asleep when he said that, perhaps he was dreaming.

[big dog cowboy]

[Rockport]

Just the truth.

[Rockport]

Dak you just make it easy for your haters.

Are you serious? The haters don’t need any excuses.

[Risen Star]

I don't have a problem with it. He's the starting QB. He's telling him don't celebrate making the playoffs. We must win when we get there.

[TheMarathonContinues]

I believe it. Even though you missed the playoffs last year I believe you gonna make it this year. Talk your talk Dak.

[TheMarathonContinues]

Dak you just make it easy for your haters.

They are irrelevant though. The loudest in the room yet thr voiceless.
