He did have a couple of really bad throws.
I don't think he had a good throw that was over 10 yards! The rollout to Gallup was his best throw of the night and the fade was high quality too... oh wait the seem to Shultz. I count 3 really good throws - everything else was dump off, overthrows and to the defender

I've read it here many times, it's either a receiver running the wrong route, a defensive back interfering with the receiver, a receiver being lazy on a timing route, a receiver running too fast putting the ball behind them, poor protection by the offensive line, or a bad play call by the OC. But Dak shoulders no blame when things go badly.

I thought he was average against a very good pass D.

That being said, if Dalton catches the ball in the endzone his 4-1 TD / INT line looks better. Just didn't seem to be a lot of big plays for the taking.
Pretty sure he threw the td to Gallup after that play....i may be mistaken.

As does every qb in the league every game.

On the one where it was nearly intercepted to Lamb, he had no pressure and a clean pocket. That's a throw he needs to make every time.

I think its fair to say this was his worst game since coming back, and that's not a dig either. The guy has been really good overall, just inconsistent. He didn't play his best football yesterday at all that is for sure, however the Colts defense is pretty underrated. Probably should have had 2-3 ints, had multiple throws that were just off the mark high or behind receivers. Dak has a lot to correct from that game, but we see the other side of Dak at times this year too. He was amazing against Minnesota. When the guy is on this team is almost impossible to beat. When Dak is having a rough night we need the rest of the team to step up. Overall the formula is still working though. Get Dak 25-30 passes, and commit to the run game. Stick to that formula and stay away from the slow starts and this team should be able to play with anyone.

Dak has been incredibly lucky with some of his errant passes. He could easily have another 3-5 picks over the past couple of games alone.
yet, everyone is drooling over Rush although he was quite lucky with a lot of his throws...soft throws I might add

I was just watching some game highlights. The interception sure is perplexing. It's about as easy as an NFL int can possibly.

And yes...I know other QB's make silly mistakes too. So all'ya'll calm down. :)

Typical Dak. Ryan Leaf against any defense with a pulse. Dan Marino when it's stat-padding time.

Same Dak, consistently inconsistent. He will play bad, then good, then mediocre(in no particular order) throughout the same game. And no, he isn’t the only QB who does that :muttley:

As i stated last night...there would be a game with the usual "fans" breaking out the magnifying glass over Dak's play.

Doesn't matter we won, doesn't matter we scored 57....they are on a mission of idiocy lol
