Hey guys...hope this is in the right forum

I have been a die hard Australian Cowboys fan since I was a child and am heading to the US for the first time in September and was hoping to catch the Cowboys v Dolphins pre season game.

As this is my first ever NFL game (and the last and dare I say least interesting pre season game) I was wanting some advice on wether I should just turn up and buy a ticket on the day or book a ticket now to get a good seat...and if so where would the best place for me to buy a ticket at a good price?

Thanks in advance and looking forward to finally sitting inside Cowboys Stadium!

Andy

Howdy from DFW Andy,

Preseason game tickets are generally fairly available. Craigslist.com is a local place you can purchase non-face value tickets (half price or less for preseason). Logistically this might not work for you. Also try StubHub.com, which might be easier for you and your circumstances. You should be able to get much better seats than a regular season game...and for significantly less.

Yeah Stubhub.com is the way to go! That site is amazing....bought preseason tickets for the Canton HOF game for pretty cheap and then found Ravens and Commanders tickets on there (Pre-season) for $9! Couldn't believe it, I almost bought like 10 of them, but then I realized both those teams suck and im just going because its local. I will be begging the Ravens to put a hurtin on the skins obviously though.:)

In the past you could just go to the game and buy a ticket for anywhere you wanted to sit for the last preseason game.

But, at the new place scalping is a no no. You cant do it in arlington and the police enforce it.

So I would say you need to pick up a pair on the cowboys ticket exchange, ebay, craigslist or just from a fan on here.

and you shouldnt pay hardly anything for that game. I bought an extra two tickets to the raiders game for 45 bucks, they are 99 dollar tickets. so they sold for about 20% of the actual ticket cost.

Oh, also remember that the Dolphins is our last (of 5) preseason game.

The Good - Should be almost giving the tickets away

The Bad - The last game is usually not the finest displayof football talent.

Yeah I figured this would be the case

I wanted to check out the stadium anyway...so why not watch an actual Cowboys game...even if its not the real deal!
