The only way Cowboys become a dynasty is if Jerry decides to share merch sales with the rest of the owners or the NFLs ratings plummet drastically.

Look how much Arizona and Denver are shelling out to fired coaches. Broncos canned a head coach in back to back years.
Arizona just gave Kingsbury a massive extension a year ago. They let him walk.
The NFL is a mint.
The only pressure applied to sell is when owners step into scandals (see Washington).
The Joneses dominate the real estate market. The Cowboys are their public relations toy, which also pays them millions.
ESPN loves Jerry. They talk about him every 20 minutes.
He ain't going away.
