Pressure on coaches vs players

sad how the 'win now' philosophy is really raining down on coaches.....what a carousel we have seen this week alone
I hate the fact that the players can hold the owners hostage by signing an outrageous contract and than just coast the rest of the way and the owners get stuck holding the bag
the Pats do it right, when a player is at that stage of their career they are told to go find a better home where mgt will pay you what you are really not worth
... than we have our 'Jerruh' who pays enormous contracts to marginal players and wonders why we never get to the Promised Land

Not for nothing, but I think a lot of coaches pack it in too at certain points of their career.

Everyone works just hard enough to get to the "big payday" and then they just want to coast and not rock the apple cart. Keep the checks coming...coaches and players.

In fact, owners/coaches/players all just want to make money. The fan is the one who really cares about winning. The others do what they can to get paid.
