Red is just a great guy and coach. We are very fortunate to have him here. You can tell that the players love him. When a player loves his coach he will go through hell with gasoline drawls on for him.

I've been in the military. I've coached high school soccer varsity both boys and girls.

You have to rule with an iron fist, but you also have to shower the troops with praise when needed. You have to make your men want to fight for you. Want to fight for the man next to you. True unit cohesiveness.

It was always a process, finding the right way to win that guys trust.

You can knock Garret for his play calling mishaps, or even his clock management skills, but there's one thing you definitely can't knock him on. His players absolutely love him and play hard for him, and that's something fans should commend. This team has all the pieces right now to make a deep run, they just have to stay healthy and keep focused. And It's not even all about the on the field performances, just look at how they are off the field and in the locker room, you can tell this team just has 'it'.
