He's had more almost big plays than any receiver in the league. Sooner or later, he and Dak are going to start hitting on more of these.

I hope so, I'm rooting hard for this kid. I lost my father the same way he lost his brother - it's not a good situation. Hopefully he can have even more success than he had in the first half of last nights game & build on that.

I think the kid is progressing well. He made some very good plays last night.
He did seem to take a step up in his development last night. I like that they have settled on some receivers instead of the musical chairs they were playing earlier in the season. I suspect knowing he is a key and consistent part of the offense has help Gallup quite a bit.

I think in 2 years we will have a hell of a duo in Cooper and Gallup.
I think we already have a damn nice duo, and that may elevate to "one hell of a duo" much sooner than 2 years.

I think he is coming along very well and think his impact will become greater over the remainder of this season. I also think Dak is looking his way more often because he is gaining more trust in Gallup

I see tavon Austin as an injury waiting to happen just like lance dunbar. just a guy who's going to miss far more time than he will play. not worth the effort to keep him around. wish we could keep Beasley, but that's not likely. however, a good receiving te would go a long way to replacing Beasley.

He’s doing fine for a rookie. Has some bright spots and some not so much which is expected.

He’s shown more than that one receiver everyone was raving about a few years ago... Treadwell??

He’s a nice route runner for a rookie
He really sells that double move and it works every time
An off season and camp around coop should put him over the top

Hurns may be our slot guy next year. I’m not ready to give up on him yet. I can see he and Tavon sharing that role and letting Beasley walk.
Yeah I agree. I am not for paying Beasley more than we can afford. We have a lot of guys to pay.

It seems to me that since week 3 or so he's been burning dbs at least one play a game with double moves. I'm talking getting open by 5+ yards. And he usually either doesn't get a ball thrown his way (first Commanders game) or he gets a badly thrown pass (all the other games :p).

He needs to work on catching contested balls but other than that he's been good.

I love Gallup! This rookie is a sleeper, if he was on the Rams or Chiefs or Steelers he would be the talk of the town. We all know our little secret (Dak ~ average to below average passer).
Dak is a tough guy who can scramble, he honestly wont have the shelf life of a 100 million dollar QB. You have to be blind not to notice it. Dak's style of play is not conducive to winning in today's league. No one can convince me otherwise. Honestly he looked better tonight, but if I was the coaches I would challenge him and set him up to make all the throws. If JG wants to get off the hotseat, take control of this team and offense. I'm telling you all it takes is play action, jet sweeps and get the other teams LB's and DL moving during pre snap. Sorry this became a Dak post
