I am not sure of Al Harris' contract status for 2025, but if he's not under contract, he's gone and will likely join Quinn in Washington unless he gets a defensive coordinator offer somewhere.
Al Harris also has the "assistant head coach" title which means even if he is under contract, the team would have to keep him in that position even with a new head coach because if they demote him, it would break the contract allowing him to leave.
Deion has a 5-star quarterback already committed to 2025 and is telling recruits he is not leaving. My guess is he will remain a coach in college for at least one more season while he sees which team drafts Shadeur and how they perform next season. If Shadeur's team does poorly, it's possible Deion would show interest in coaching that team should the head coaching position become available.
I have never understood the fascination with Chip Kelly. He's a good coordinator but his "fast" offense only works until they run into a team that punches them in the mouth.
I would rather the Cowboys focus on finding coordinators or coaches under them from the coaching trees of coaches who are producing successful results in the NFL for other teams.
