right with Stephens dinged and Furg out, is it Ford time? might see a rising star early?? w know schoon can block but catch shorty's , need an impact guy that would be Ford.
I imagine Luepke's role will be elevated somewhat this week, and its well due time for Schoon to show something now.

I liked Spann Ford in PS hope to see him help on run downs blocking and get targets in the passing games.

I think we will see some plays with Fant and Luepke on the field at the same time and them playing in different positions to confuse the defense.

Well, there goes the passing game. I hope Zeke is ready for the Xtra work load.

Looks like we're going with the same backfield as the first week. Was hoping to see Cook.

Not sure why we're bringing up Vigil again. I know he got some snaps late in the Cleveland game, but nothing particularly stood out about. Maybe we're concerned about overworking Overshown.

“Let’s see what this kid’s got but not until we get Luepke some more snaps at tight end … oh, and can we get some more reps for Trey Lance? I’d like to get a 3rd for him at the trade deadline, hopefully from a team that may be drafting in the top half of the round.”
