I'm interested in seeing one of these unproven TEs step up.
Yes, so the Cowboys can trade them for a first round draft pick. Like Lance, if only he could ever be on the Cowboys’ game day roster. If Dallas traded their entire practice squad to all the stupid teams in the NFL they could have have 17 first round draft picks.

Looks like we're going with the same backfield as the first week. Was hoping to see Cook.

Not sure why we're bringing up Vigil again. I know he got some snaps late in the Cleveland game, but nothing particularly stood out about. Maybe we're concerned about overworking Overshown.

Yeah, he's supposed to be pretty good at it, so I guess he'll be the callup for now for that role.

Be interesting to see what we do when he runs out of callups. Do we cut him to put someone else on the PS we can call up? Do we add him to the 53 and cut someone (I think that's unlikely)? Do we call up someone like Darius Harris to fill that special teams role?

We've got some options there.

There are a couple of cuts that could be made (waletzko). Vigil seems to be one the “core” guys if you go by snap count

Well, he got a lot of snaps late in the game when we wanted to take out the starters. That's in addition to his special teams snaps.

I'd be surprised if we'd cut Waletzko, at least before Edoga is ready to return, because we don't have any other right tackles. We know Martin could play it in a pinch, but I don't think they want to do that. Our only other backup tackle on the roster (Richards) has only played on the left side.

Also agree he provides some linebacker depth. We would have to dig on who would have to go I have another non favorite in wheat but he also took alot of snaps on teams
