The @nfl hopes to settle on the future of the Pro Bowl today. One option: Having a draft as a way to divvy up teams, rather than conference
i don't think there is any way to save the pro bowl. how you pick the teams is not the problem. the problem is these players are not allowed to play football and too many are understandably worried about injury. having it before the super bowl takes many of the top players out of the game

I think they need to make it a fun week of activities where we can see them out of their element, like surfing, softball, ect. The players don't give a darn about the actual game, so dump it.

Skills competitions is what is needed for the pro bowl to survive

Completely agree! The skills competition was awesome.

Lets ask robert edwards about this.

They banned the beach activity that buckled his leg. But there were other skills challenges they did that were pretty awesome. The QB accuracy challenge, the WR catch challenge, and the bench press. Those were all pretty cool to me.

Not sure why they did away with it.

I think it should move from city to city. Like the Super Bowl. I could care less about MLB or NBA all star game... Unless its here. Lol

I know I'm dating myself. But I would like to see them add activities like the old tv show the superstars. Obstacle course, 100 yard dash and benching.
