The pro-day week starts off with a light schedule on Monday as we’ll be posting reports from Duke and Iowa this afternoon. The schedule heats up tomorrow as Notre Dame, Mississippi and North Carolina take to the field. Arizona State, Boise State and Central Michigan also have pro-day workouts this week.

In Iowa comes word that cornerback Amari Spievey will be completing a full workout.

Defensive lineman Vince Oghobaase hopes to rebound from a poor combine performance at Duke’s pro-day. Blue Devil linebacker Vincent Rey is someone on our sleeper list and a player we are watching today.

Finally we hope to get information on the South Dakota pro-day as we will be following quarterback Noah Sheppard, another sleeper we like.

Amari Spievey-DB- Player Mar. 22 - 5:50 pm et

Iowa CB Amari Spievey ran a 4.57 forty-yard dash at the Hawkeyes' Monday Pro Day.

It was slower than his 4.51 from the Combine, which is surprising. Players usually improve their times at Pro Day. Spievey, an extremely physical college corner, also managed just six reps of 225 pounds on the bench press. On the bright side, the low total won't affect his status on Deion Sanders' draft board.

Bryan Bulaga-T- Player Mar. 22 - 5:47 pm et

Iowa OT Bryan Bulaga performed 27 reps of 225 pounds at the Hawkeyes' Pro Day on Monday.

He had a one rep improvement on his total at the Scouting Combine. Bulaga stood on the rest of his numbers from Indianapolis. The underclassman left tackle is being projected to go as high as No. 5 overall to Kansas City.
