Its funny that this is a bad game for Romo. I guess no one remembers the Chutch or Qcar days.

Part of that grade is a meaningless interception in the first half that should have been caught for a touchdown and another interception that Tanner brought to the middle of the field... How is that reflecting poorly on Tony again... to those with no agenda that is.

all I'm saying is there will always be an excuse for how Romo plays. good or bad.

Eh, he wasn't rock solid dominant. Any expectation that a QB is perfect all year is crazy. Romo drove the team to a TD in the third quarter and threw a good TD to finish the game off. I'll take his performance yesterday over Manning's late INT in Indy or Brady's ineffectiveness against the Jets.

He wasn't amazing but he was effective, better than foles and good enough to win. I'm happy.

And as well as Dez played, he will kick himself after he watches film on the TD he let get away at the end of the first half. Romo put that pass right in his hands and he let the DB behind him snatch it away for an INT.

Dez either mistimed his jump or just got out physical-ed on that play. That completion alone would have turned Romo's stats right side up.

WTH are you talking about. The deep pass to the endzone to end the half is an every team every game occurance in the NFL. We had nothing, absolutely nothing, to lose by throwing that ball and everything to gain if Dez catches a ball that hit him in the hands! Wow! Agenda much?

The deep pass along the sideline that prompted Aikman to point that Romo hadn't been a sharp as he usually is.

Hatcher passed Laroi Glover on the all-time cowboys sack list.

Did you agree with Aikman and point to him as an authority when he said how great Romo is and is even better than he was?

I doubt it lol

you're entering stan territory at this point. it was a bad throw, period. romo is capable of throwing those as is every other qb on the planet. i dont know why its so hard for his stans to admit it. romo did not have a very good game, we won, move on. you don't have to make excuses for every.single.thing he does.

I guess it's dopey of me for wanting my QB to up more than three TD in two games.

Silly me! I shall never question his greatness again.

That QB rating though!

You do know that it was windy, right?

I'm sure it burns your butt along with the rest of the Romo haters that the Cowboys won. You really need to take your trash somewhere else!

Game over!

Nice! I knew you would come in with your little juvenile "stans" crap! Don't you know that everyone on this forum laughs at you when you post that little kid slang?

Must be fun having two people in your head - one constructing a false argument that the other can then dismiss.

I think we should expect him to improve, but it isn't uncommon for great QBs to stack not great performances together. P Manning struggled in weeks 11-12 for instance last year.

You obviously don't read my posts much, when Romo sucks I say it but when people are trying to say he sucks when he didn't then I say otherwise. Was it his best game? No but to say that the aformentioned throw was bad is just ludicrous. Was it a great on the money throw? But then again it was 50 yards downfield and he had to get it away from the defender, which he did. Dez gets paid to make that catch all day and twice on Sundays (see what I did there :D ). He needed to adjust but that is what he is supposed to do and it did hit him right in both hands.. Just checking, do you think he should have caught that hail mary at the end of the first half or is that Romo's fault too? Do you fault Romo for the Int in the Denver game or did you come to realize that Escobar floated upfield on the play and Romo was tripped simultaneously? Your answer, either way is ok, will determine whether I lend any further credence to how you evaluate Romo. Again, you have every right to believe what you want to believe. I'm just curious..

They live in their own world. Hide like roaches when Romo plays well and/or Cowboys win. Then they come out when they get the signal from the mothership. You can gauge how good a game Romo and the Cowboys had by how long it takes them to formulate a rally plan lol

So Romo had a bad game. The Cowboys still won making it a solid team effort (unlike the Denver game)

Yup. The smart fans remember those days and appreciate how great Romo is.

317 yards passing and leading a perfect 4th quarter TD drive to put the game away.

That constitutes suckage now. The foolish don't even realize the irony of it all.
