But the main problem with this organization is that they over value their home grown talent. They think their own players are better than they actually are. They don't let their own players test the market and over pay to keep them. Its like they want to proven right so badly that they get blinded by the obvious. Things will not get better after Jerry dies. His son is an idiot savant.

Agree but you left out one thing. The fix in Dallas is easy. Jerry buys the best talent-draft the best talent. Yet gets the less talent at head coach he can find. The only Super Bowls this team has ever won was with great disciplinary-no nonsense- head coaches. Jerry been here forever and act like this is his first rodeo. Jerry is an idiot and as you said nothing will change until Jerry and Stephen are gone. People think I joke about Charlotte but I think of the Three-she'd be the one to get a real coach in here and stay away from running the team like the dumb and dumber twins of Jerry and Stephen do.

I believe Stephen understands, to a degree, how little he really knows. I think things will get better post-Jerry.. I think Stephen will hire a GM, though in a very defined role.

Jerry the great illusionist. You think he's an idiot and doesn't know how to win, but Jerry views winning as staying the #1 sports franchise. Dallas Cowboys is about family money, not winning. Example: Jerry bought the team and couldn't sell a ticket, so he had to do everything to win at football. Now the stadium will be full no matter what, and that was his goal was all along. Jerry pays for big names or a heart warming stories to sell that player to media. It's just business.

You make a strong point. They do have a strong tendency to put too much emphasis on keeping their own. When in fact, changing players over might be more beneficial long term.

Agreed,pal. People got the illusion that Jerry wants to win. Telling people he'd do this or that to get another Super Bowl win. Jerry is about money like you said. He could careless about winning another title. Because if this wasn't the case. He'd do what needs to be done. Get a real coach in here and stop the Country Club mentality he created. But what's so dumb is the fanbase. He's like the piped piper and the fans are like the delusional fools following him. At-least some Cowboy fans are awoke.
