Anyone else having trouble viewing videos on DC.com's new media player? I am trying to watch the videos on there but the video will keep freezing (audio continues) and when I move the cursor over the player it will take a minute or two to register and bring up the volume control, etc. I never had this problem with their old player.

It's been working fine for me using firefox.

I'm using firefox as well. It works fine on my phone. I don't see why the video would keep freezing. My laptop isn't super old and I have decent internet speed (12 mbps confirmed by internet speed tests.)

I can't even get the video to load! I have waited 15 minutes and all it does is says "Video is loading"...then nothing.

If you are waiting for the "live" press conference to load it won't since it is no longer live. You will have to wait until they post it later.

Clear your browser cache? Just a thought.

Oh...Ok, thanks, that explains it.

;)

I love the new player they're using, works for me just fine.

The old one was, well... old.

You can contact their technical support on the bottom of the page. You shouldn't have a problem like that with 12 mbps. I only get 3.

Doesn't work at all for me. I'll try again later.

BTW - the opening press conference is now posted. I just watched/listened.

:laugh2:When I posted this thread I wasn't talking specifically about the press conference video, rather all the videos on their site in general. I cleared out my cache and used ccleaner to get rid of 950 MB worth of stuff. Hopefully that helps.

Is anybody having trouble with the audio? Mine is really, really low although I have both my computer and their video player on maximum.
