Don't be like that. I think jerry himself would tell you he's not breaking down game film. It's all about listening to your guys and trusting the room. For example garrett has tremendous power, but if he's not adamant on a decision but had a preference for X. And our WR coach wants Y but he's standing on the table then it's up to jerry to parse that out. It's all a discussion and I think the way it goes down is fluid.

I forget what criteria the voters look for when determining all-pros but that sure would be disappointing if Brees makes it over Dak while winning 7 or 8 less games. I know in the NBA they don't give a damn about stats. A lot of it is about the wins. James Harden was the second leading scorer in the league and didn't make any of the 3 all-NBA teams last season. I think you gotta give Dak the nod if he continues at this pace and we win let's say 14 games.
