I know most posts will be about Dak. Please keep it on the field football related. As to accomplishments and what is needed to improve.Though it all has been discussed over and over.
Not the usual shenanigans.

Farniok, can we see more progress this season, seems he made progress from year 1 to 2. This is that 3rd year rule some coaches look at.
How much depth can he add or provide.

Seems like they are very high on Farniok but I can't see them thinking he would be a good starter. There will be a decision that someone has to make on draft day(s).

I have liked what I've seen of Farniok when he's played center. I don't know how he would hold up as a starter, but I think that's his best position. I'm a little more iffy on him at guard but I don't know if I'm any more iffy on him there than I am Edoga. Both would concern me if that's how we decided to go. Maybe they'd prove to be better at it than McGovern. I just have my doubts.

Why wouldn't he be a good starter? His RAS is like 9.95...

If they are high on Farniok cross off guard in the 1st two rounds....
That's not true, if the starting center goes down, you have a backup hole for both positions at center and guard...they'd like to have Farniak as the gameday backup at center and Guard, then they'd only have to dress 8 offensive lineman for the game.

Where was the progress? Most said he was supposed to unseat the terrible Biadasz. Never happened as Biadasz just made the pro bowl.

Count me in for drafting a guard first or second round. I don't care. Chances of the top 5 OL on the team staying healthy for the entire season is practically zero. The OL is the one area that I want the Cowboys to overstock!
A guy that understands football.

Progress as getting on the field and getting playing time. Some actual game experience and not as a FB.

Looks like they only want to play him in a pinch.

They way I see best chance we have for a deep playoff run is to draft a stud guard or tackle that can start day 1.

Oline was nowhere near good enough.

I just think it would be common sense. I can't think of a team who had a great OL and didn't have a good to great season.
Couldn’t agree more. But there are many on here that think wrs is how you win in the nfl or first round rbs.

I don't disagree but I think the Cowboys go elsewhere early rounds.

Biadasz made the Pro Bowl because pretty much everyone else dropped out for one reason or another.
He did improve significantly this last season; but he is still not much more than a good starter.
Now can he make another step? That is the question that will be answered this year and will be this season that will decide what the boys do there.
