In Business, when it becomes apparent that the top decision maker is incompetent, the direct reports get together and devise a plan to rid themselves of him.

Sometimes you can get him promoted to a position not involving day to day operations. How could this be done with Jerry? Its obvious Jerry thinks he is doing a good job. So lets build on that. Could there be a job in the NFL office that would entice Jerry? If not, create one. He is a helluva marketeer. Why not convince him to take charge of expanding the NFL in Europe. There would be no time left, what with travel and all, for the Cowboys. (Stephen takes over).

Did you give birth to this idea sitting on the high echelons of a bar stool in Deep Ellum?

BTW, Deep Ellum is spelled with two L's.

Thanks. It is temporary. I couldn't find my normal one, and had this stored because I like it. Once I find my normal one anyone who wants this can use it as far as I am concerned. I don't know who created it, but I love it.

I'm thinking of titles for Jerry, but I can't post them cause they might not be site appropriate.....just sayin

You could say Al Davis was the master and Jerry was the apprentice :laugh1:

True, now Jerry is the master and needs an apprentice....Synder is perfect.

I'm a nerd that loves star wars, leave me alone. :)

I can see where dispelling GroundHog Day is attractive, but screw up/move up doesn't apply to the organizational top already. Humor doesn't change that.

It was just a little Colbert style humor, not meant to be taken seriously ... wait!
