Promote Kellen Moore from practice squad

I don't want to see the team grab a free agent QB to back up Cassel. At this point, with the season lost, we might as well promote Moore and give him some playing time just to see what we've got. The upcoming games are better evaluators of talent than training camp or the preseason because they're real NFL games.
