There is ZERO SPLASH here locally in announcing that Booger is extending Corky for another 3-4 WASTED years....is this supposed to get any DFW fan excited enough to jump on the internet or turn on the TV....hell no....true fans are more likely going to gulp a bunch of pills and juggle loaded handguns....and Booger knows this. He doesn't care about the locals....there are still enough idiots locally that are gonna account for 60% of AT&T....he knows the other 40% will be filled by the opponents fans....which he loves BTW. The worst thing that could have happened to this organization is those two (2) Super Bowl wins by Eli and the Giants, because Booger and Chuckles still believe that every team that makes the playoffs honestly has a shot at making a Lombardi run....its just not the case when your QB and HC both lack talent and intelligence. Look at the perception of the national media all week in regard to our HC situation, and all you will hear is how cruel Booger has been to Corky....these people aren't dumb....they know that the three (3) straight 12-5 seasons were held together with baling wire and chewing gum...they just want to see his return, and more Cowboy fan suffering. Look for this to be the LAST year that training camp is in Oxford, because the optics of it being less than 1/2 full this coming summer are gonna be more than he can take....they can't keep spinning the numbers.

I think its gonna be hilarious this time next year when we go 8-9 with Dim and Corky, and Booger realizes that he's stuck with both of them....hopefully, most of us will have moved on from the pain of following this organization our whole lives. Can you imagine the excitement the entire fan base would be experiencing right now if he had moved on from BOTH of them....for once there would be hope.

We didn't need any proof - we already knew. But thanks for your efforts.

By the way, has anyone gone back to look at the 2007 season where the Gnats went on their improbable run? Were they crippled by injuries for most of that season but were fortunate enough to hang on just enough until most of them came back for their playoff run? If that's what happened they didn't get hot at the right time like Jerry might believe, they merely got everyone back at the right time and were able to go on a run.
