played a great game.... deserve the win and #2 seed (barring a collapse) but to be honest they played the game of their franchise history. the onside kick was reminiscent of andy reid screwing up though... dumb idea when you're wining and pouring salt in the wounds. they won't play this good of a complete game for years and years and years.

I've never seen two teams with as much disparity in talent with the advantage being in our favor, get so thoroughly whipped and outcoached.
Props to their players too for executing. If EVER there was a PERFECT game played by a QB, it was Brees tonight. We had a large number of their plays sniffed out and they still found a way to make a big play.
The most surprising thing was the way they shut us down on offense. I don't fault Romo all that much, they had every one of our routes figured out and blanketed. Romo didn't really have a lot of space to throw the ball. And they were able to blanket one of the top WR corps like they did with a bunch of DB scrubs.
NO was supposedly in rebuilding mode this year while Dallas finally "had all the pieces in place" after 3 years of rebuilding. NO had castoffs and players cut from our team. We had 1st round draft picks and high-priced FAs. Yet we got owned like few teams ever do in a pro game.
It was clear that Payton > BP

They told us we were pathetic and that Brees was superior to Romo and they were right. I don't think Romo is that much worse than Brees, I just think that Romo needs Payton, if Payton were to coach Romo, we would be super bowl bound.
