I think the NFL should make a rule that every players name on the back of his jersey be visible/readable at all times when on the field.

Really? If that were the case, I'd probably be able to spell Polamolu correctly. But since I never get to look at, I can't.

I don't have a problem with long hair. Shoot, my daughter and granddaughter's all have long hair. I just want to be able to read the names on the jerseys. That's what they're there for.

I don't know what to tell you the names fit perfect where they are right now and it would look a bit stupid to have the names bigger than they already are.

Who said anything about making them bigger? I just think that they should not be covered up......by anything.

They have rules for the numbers and probably figure that's good enough.

If you're talking about QB's being eligible receivers, I'm with you. A QB is not eligible when he lines up under center, but he is when in the shotgun. They need to make the QB eligible on every play.
