Props to Free on INT

Rewatched the game. In addition to playing very well at RT throughout the game, on Romo's INT (intended for Terrence Williams), Free sprinted from the opposite side of the play after Mundy for 80 yards and made it to within 5 yards of him by the time Murray tackled him. Not as impressive, but it reminded me of the Larry Allen play in the SuperDome. I have to admit, I did not want Free on this team because I thought he was soft and had no heart. A play like this proves me wrong. He is in for a big year.

good off season,training camp and pre season. Now you add a god week 1 in there and he may just well be onto to having a good year. I'd take the 2009 version of Free matched up with Waters on the right side and be damn happy about it

Going back and watching the game he wasn't as good as I initially thought; he gave up some pressures but it's ok that happens.

But it's funny how fans see with they wanna see, to confirm their bias. And are only a little more open minded during the euphoria of a win.

Isn't this the same Free that had to hustle play down the field against the Eagles on 09?

The same Free that hustled all the way to the left flank from his RT spot to recover Dez Bryant's fumble against the Seahawks last year?

I think Free played OK but I expect to see his game get better when Waters replaces Berm.

Free chased the play down, but he was never going to catch Mundy. Solid effort by Free by not giving up on the play. But props go to #29, Demarco ran through JPP to make that tackle, heck of a hustle play. And mad props to the D for holding them to a FG right there.

Murray's effort on that was insane. Blew JPP up and then made the tackle. Phenomenal effort.
