I’m not a fan of LVE in the slightest and I give the FO props for not extending him this past off-season. I hope he walks after this season.

With all that said, I think he played his best and most physical game yesterday this year. He was filling the hole and active. It wasn’t without blemish but it was his best effort to date this season IMO.

To be honest he’s a good player for a team that runs a traditional 3-4 defense. He isn’t quick enough to be side line to sideline anymore. Hopefully some team sees this and gives him a monster contract.

It almost makes me want to sign him again, but maybe he just had his one healthy season this year.

I agree. I would say the last 3 games he has played better. Prior to the last three games he was horrible. He is still average at best, but at least he is somewhat serviceable lately. I think he is very limited by his neck injury and should probably be done with football.

Agreed - I can't believe I'm saying this but "Mr Blooper" actually made some plays yesterday.

He's put together a good stretch. Was really good against LAC then went into a tailspin. Last 3 games he's been much more active. BTW PFF thought he was better than Parsons for a good chunk of the season

As a LB, not as a pass rusher. Which honestly isn't far off. Parsons hasn't done a whole lot when asked to play the Mike.

The return of Gallimore and DLaw seems to have helped him. Not sure if that is the only thing, but he definitely looks better now than earlier in the season.
