Randy Coture just retired a short time ago while most of the other guys have been out for a while now.

That said, he was taking it easy on the "Joes" out there, he could have easily broken them up pretty badly. I would have wanted to face, that's for sure. They were lucky that he was limited to wrestling with them and could "ground and pound" like he usually does.

My brother lives down the street from Royce Gracie and I got to meet him a couple of times. He doesn't look like much and I am a LOT bigger than him (by about 3 inches and 80+ pounds) but there is no way in the world I would ever want to make him mad at me! I've seen what he can do to guys twice his size over the years, no thank you.

Irvin looked good out there but he is obviously not in anything near football shape as he was winded pretty quickly.

The "Joes" did a fairly good job, particularly the guys at the end as they were each able to complete the tasks. Both got hits against Canseco very easily. Willis was really abusing them in the rebound competition and threw one guy down like he was a rag doll.
